Born in Amami Island​​

The founding principal of LOSFEE has over over 50 years experience
working, teaching and writing about architectural renovation,
environment. landscape. Terumitsu expertise lies in combining
development feasibility, social, function, ecology and economy with a
passion for design to create sustainable architecture and landscape.
Most recently he has designed his own Underground House “Villa
Funny” in his home island “Amami” to revive abandoned site and
manage the community development of the area. He organizes on
going projects scoped eco and medical tourism on the island.
